My camera can display the histogram of the picture but I never look at it.  I have just come across the article i link at the end which explains how to use it.  I perfectly understood what the histogram is.  I also use the over & underexpose settings on my camera but just use my experience from film camera days.  This article will allow me to use the over/under expose settings much more confidently & then to see if I have done it too much or too little.

There seems to be a lot more on this site which I will go & have a look at.

Interesant, ek sien ook altyd die histogram maar het my nog nooit daaraan gesteur nie.
