Thanks Pmdb.  Can do the same & read it with my Canon software.  I thought you had some way of reading that directly (without saving it & reopening it).
How does Irfanview compare to Photoshop?  This comes about from reading the site Eisbein linked to in this thread showing how to do a Lomo approximation etc.

I experimented today with aperture priority mode on my camera. I took the following photos of a waterfall
The photo was taken from the same place the only thing that changed was the ISO and the aperture.

Photo 1  ISO 100 f/22


Photo 2 ISO 1600 f/22


Photo 3 ISO 1600 f/4



Photo 4 ISO 100 f/4


It was interesting to see the difference between the photos with the same ISO but different apertures and the one's that have the same aperture but a different ISO.

Ek weet nou nie of dit die regte plek is om tevra nie!

Ek wil vir my n beter kamera kry. Ek wil biekie begin speel met foto's. Soos in die donker foto's neem. Meer aksie foto's. Iets wat wyer foto's kan neem. Iets met goeie soom. Dit moet nie te groot wees nie. Sal nice wees as dit ook kan video.

Kan iemand dalk iets vir my voorstel.

Ek het vir my Kodak se V1273 (12 Mega Pixels) gekoop voor die trippie
Al die foto's met hom geneem, en baie tevrede
Baie slim klein kamera wat lekker in baadjiesak pas

Sorry man ek sien nou eers jou vraag, ek kom deesdae maar min hier.

Riaan dit hang af hoeveel jy wil spandeer. Ek het die Nikon D60 en ek is baie happy met dit, het 2 lense 18-55mm en 55-200mm. Die D90 kan ook video neem ek dink vir 15min lank.
