Dis net die lamstjops wat bitter duur geraak het...!

Glo my... da is 'n duidelike verskil!
Geen probleem by die pot nie, maar tensy hy goed verouder is sal jy dit agterkom op die rooster.... veral daai met die min vet. Ou swaarkry ooie.  Ha Ha

Waar is Bartelsfontein-dis vreeslik billik geprys maar soos Umdani se, ou ooie se vleis!Die klomp lekkerbekke hier by my kla vreeslik gou as die tjops taai is. So, hier by ons een slaghuis wat direk van Carnarvon die lam kry, kos loin-ok, lende!- tjops R119 per kilo.

Ag nee wat, dis sommer uitbuiting. Nou braai ons lekker vars snoek en eet dit met dik brood en jem. en niemand

Biscuit Bartelsfontein is in Mosselbaai. Daai skaap is blykbaar glad nie taai nie. Ek kon egter nie kry nie dit het blitsvinnig uitverkoop.

Dankie TR- as ons weer op 'n dag daar deurry sal ek onthou om vooraf uit te vind presies waar dit is.

Hierso braai ons maar deesdae net vars snoek en niemand kla nie.

Langs die pad in Namibia, braaid these two tbones. We had no braai hrid so we heated a flat rock up next to the fire and cooked the tbones one that, best steak I have ever eaten.
