Hoe het die vleis geproe...ek sien TR het gebraai?  innocent Big Grin

As TR moet braai maak VV die vleis inni oond gaar die aand vori tyd. Dan maak hy dit net warm oppi kole. As hy te lank moet braai mors hy skinktyd! Ha Ha

Ja-nee, die braaiery is 'n interresante storie.

Daar is nou al baie gese oor hout vs charcoal.

Al wat ek wil byvoeg, is dat ek eerder vleis braai op charcoal as wat ek groente (soos hoender) op hout braai ...  tease tease

Nee kyk, so byeenkoms is maar lekker.  Almal daag op met vooraf opgestelde idees van hoe die ander ouens in lewende lywe is.  Realiteit is heelwat anders.

Ek het altyd gedink TR is 'n fanatiese WP ondersteuner.  Nou weet ek dat hy eintlik 'n diepe rugby kennis besit.  Hy het selfs erken dat dit nou al langer as 3 weke is sedert die WP enige noemenswaardige trofee gewen het.   Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha  En hy het nie my hondjie in die handsak weggejaag nie  Evil Evil

Operater lyk beter sonder sy wit brille, en gesels lekker onderhoudend.

Rustyb is Mr Dependable.  Ek is doodseker hy is die ou wat altyd daar is, sorg vir die vuur, die lekker kosse en die extra pakaas soos die gazebo.   Hy sal verseker altyd welkom wees op enige byeenkoms. (daai pickled onions is bo-baas, maar ek het nie kans gesien vir daai vars rissies nie.)   A1 A1

En die ouens wat daar was ken nou almal my regte naam!!  Wink Wink  Big Grin Big Grin

Dit is jammer dat van die ouens dit nie kon maak nie.  Nou sal ons maar weer so-iets moet reel op 'n latere stadium  Head Bang Head Bang

Na al die lekker skinder stories sien ek nogal uit daarna op al die ander ouens te ontmoet.
Umdanie en NK, ek wag vir julle ....

Gister 9:30 het ons uit Plett gery.  toe ons in die kar klim, het dit begin ree.

Die pad was HEELPAD papnat, behalwe so 8 km rondom De Vlugt.  (Die Prince Alfred pas, met sy duisende slaggate, en snot gladde rooi modder, is nogal 'n uitdaging met 'n Corolla.  Gelukkig is hy 4x4  Wink )

Vanaf Uniondale, Willowmore, Aberdeen en veral graaf Reinett was sopnat.  reen heelpad.  Nogal moelik om by 'n lorrie verby te kom met al die sprei van die wiele.  Dit het heelpad gereen tot in Bloem, en heelnag in Bloem gereen.  Vanoggend in reen gery tot by Kroonstad.  Daarna was die veld nat tot by Machadoddorp.  En toe ons afsak na die Laeveld, was dit droog.  By die huis sien ek dit het net 36mm gereen sedert 17 Desember.  My gras begin verdroog.  Angry Angry

Ek hoop maar ons reen is oppad.

That drop plate is to improve stability when towing, you know them omvalkarretjies need all the stability they can get  A1
